Description

A clear satin finish for use over Epifanes woodfinish gloss (one-component). Provides a beautiful, satin sheen for interior use.

Thinner : Brush application - Epifanes brush thinner for paint & varnish.
Spray application - Epifanes spray thinner for paint & varnish.
Recoatable : After 24 hours at 18°C (65°F.)
Coverage : One liter is sufficient for 12 m² (130 ft²)

Maintenance:
If existing coats of varnish are intact, one or more coats of Epifanes Woodfinish Matte may be applied on a well cleaned, degreased and lightly sanded surface.
An existing varnish system in poor condition must be removed. Weathered spots may be treated with a cleaning or bleaching product.
If either are used, wash down the surface thoroughly with fresh water in order to remove any residue. Allow the surface to dry.
Smaller spots needing repair may be filled with several coats of Woodfinish Gloss or Clear Gloss Varnish.
When an equal level has been achieved, sand to a smooth surface and apply one or more coats of Woodfinish Matte on the entire surface.
