Our service department provides installation support, commissioning, after sales service and warranty support – both on board as well as at the service center. For international customers, after sales support is provided by our network of dealers and for certain product ranges, our service engineers travel to the customer’s location.
The Exalto Emirates Engineering Department employees professional electrical, mechanical and marine engineers, as well as naval architects. We are able to engineer any concept – from inception through detailed design to final installation and handover to the customer. Past projects include fully integrated power management and vessel control systems, electrical & hybrid propulsion systems, electronics and navigation systems, autonomous control systems and much more. These were developed for pleasure boats, survey boats, security boats, commercial boats and even specialty vehicles in the past.
