Delivery Terms

We offer our customers several convenient delivery options.

• Free delivery for orders AED 500 & above across UAE

• Free Pick-up in store

• Cash on delivery across UAE (Only for orders up to AED 2000)

• International deliveries

• Purchase order upload (for credit approved trade customers)

Shipments of in-stock items are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Should the customer choose courier at checkout shipments will be dispatched via DHL and customers will be provided with a tracking number. Exalto Emirates ships internationally, and rates are based on delivery location and volume of the package. Local and International shipping fees will be mentioned on the checkout page. A customer can also choose to collect their shipment from our convenient Sharjah location at no cost.

Shipping fees include handling and packing as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transportation fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. If you place your orders separately, we cannot package them together, and shipping fees will apply to each. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Shipping of Dangerous Materials may incur additional handling costs. Exalto Emirates will advise the customer of the additional costs, and will not process the shipment until these charges have been agreed upon.

Keeping in compliance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Exalto Emirates will not sell or ship to any country which is currently under sanctions by the government.
