Important Note: In case your request will be covered under warranty there will be no charges for our labour or parts. However if the warranty period has expired or the problem is due to installation or operation error we will charge 200DH per hour for the time spent plus parts. We strongly request our customers to first read and understand the installation and operation manuals before contacting us.
