Since the foundation in early 2004 Lopolight has become the largest supplier of LED navigation lights for ships of all sizes and a well known brand for high quality marine lighting.

Over 75.000 LED navigation lights have been delivered to date.

The Lopolight products are a unique based innovative use of LED’s (Light Emitting Diodes) and very effective and sophisticated power electronics that delivers low power consumption and extremely long lifetime even in the harshest conditions. In addition all lights are completely sealed to allow submersion.

Actually Lopolight has found its way onto several submarines in Sweden, USA and Australia Where the lights are found to work flawlessly after being tested to 350 meters depth.

Lopolight navigation lights are type-approved by the Danish Maritime Authority in 2004, the British MCA and RINA in 2005, the German BSH in 2006 and the European Wheel mark in 2010.

Lopolight has formed strategic partnerships with key suppliers giving the company access to the latest LED technology, the best electronics developer and efficient high quality production capability.

Apart from LED Navigation lights Lopolight also produces deck lights and emergency lights based on LED.

The company is located in Hoersholm just north of Copenhagen, Denmark in a 700 square meter facility and employs 12 people.

The sales and marketing network is strong with over 20 high quality distributors worldwide. Lopolight is financially stable and well structured to continue to be a major player in the marine lighting business in the long run.
