Towards the end of the summer of 2009 Exalto Emirates came under new management. It is the goal of the new management to turn Exalto Emirates in to the most professional marine equipment supplier in the Middle East, with the highest level of customer service and customer satisfaction.
As part of this strategy we have made many changes within the organization the most notable ones being the installation of a new software package, increase our staff levels, provide weekly technical training to our staff, increase the number of suppliers and increase our stock levels. We have also instigated new procedures within the company to make sure everybody knows how to best serve the customer and have re-vamped our workshop in Jaddaf.
A major change was made during the summer of 2010 when we moved to a new company head office within Sharjah. The new facility has a very large modern warehouse, a spacious showroom and organized office facilities and is much better to reach than before. We invite you to please visit us.
